Rising Waters relocated a 1970s beach Bach to make way for a new home for a busy family of five, balancing open connectivity with privacy. Raised for flood-zone requirements, the design blends oak, plaster and painted weatherboard for a warm, textural entry that carries through to sea-view living spaces upstairs.
